Description: Biennial plant,  with erect and hairy stem. The basal leaves are oblong. Leaves on the stem are  serrated and lanceolate. The flowers have a purple-blue corolla, funnel-shaped and up to 2.5 cm long. They are collected in apical inflorescences. The fruit is a capsule with tiny seeds.
