Description: Shrub up to 3 m tall, dominant woody stems. The leaves are ovate and light green, oddly pinnate composed. The pale-yellow flowers are butterfly-shaped, gathered in a clustered inflorescence. The fruits are pods, thin and articulated.

Habitat: Scrubland and semi-shady areas

Interesting fact: the leaves have a bitter taste and stimulate vomiting and urination.
